The Real InterContinental Costa Rica hotel offers 261 rooms, including six suites, all decorated in a fresh and elegant style. The hotel features 70 non-smoking rooms, and rooms for physically challenged guests are available upon request.

All our rooms have air conditioning, minibar, in-room safe, Internet connection, cable television, movies, vanity mirror, direct dial telephone and voicemail, hairdryer, clock radio, desk and evening courtesy service. Bathrooms are provided with a shower with bath tube, mirror, hairdryer, bathroom scale and bathrobe. Our guests also have access to Room Service 24 hours a day, a same-day laundry service, and all of the hotel's many other facilities.

Azulejos Restaurant
“Friendly and comfortable” describes Azulejos, a restaurant offering tempting spreads such as buffet breakfast and an à la carte lunch. The fare is considered international, although there’s a noticeable emphasis on Mediterranean dishes and local favourites including Ceviche of Tilapia and Shrimp and Croustillant of Goat’s Cheese with Pine Nuts, Arugula (rocket salad) and Balsamic Vinaigrette. The Sunday brunch is especially popular.

Alfredo
Alfredo takes you back to the old country in classic style in a cosy Italian atmosphere accented by wood floors, a brick grotto ceiling and authentic tableware. The menu offers a variety of fresh homemade pastas, risottos and a nice selection of antipasti.

Factory Steak & Lobster
Just as the name suggests, Factory Steak & Lobster specialises in indulging you in the finest land and sea offerings. Imported beef and lobster share the spotlight, but also popular are choices such as Octopus Carpaccio with Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon, and Wedge of Iceberg Lettuce with Tomatoes, Pear, Crisp Bacon and Chunks of Bleu Cheese. The glass-enclosed kitchen allows you to watch the chefs at work at the grill, and an outdoor terrace invites you to dine outside overlooking the pool

Zambra Lobby Bar
You’ll never go thirsty in the Zambra Lobby Bar, where more than 150 cocktails fill the menu. Sake, rum, tequilas and other spirits are stirred into exotic concoctions including margaritas and martinis from late morning until midnight. Live music provides a welcome backdrop as friends and business colleagues gather to toast the day or get ready for a night on the town.

Nau Lounge
Green and white hues and modern furniture signal the cool ambiance in Nau Bar, a trendy spot just off the lobby. Locals love to drop by to mingle with hotel guests and sample the more than 50 sake cocktails and national and international drinks. In keeping with the chic setting, fresh sushi and sashimi beckon from the bar, and easy-listening music fills the air.

Meeting facilities at Real InterContinental Costa Rica feature:
